New Strategic Plan Coming Soon
The San Diego Housing Commission (SDHC) is in the process of developing a new strategic plan to guide the agency for the next three to five years. SDHC anticipates the new strategic plan will be completed by summer 2025.
As the new strategic plan is developed, SDHC continues to follow its mission, core values and strategic priorities.
