This is reflected in SDHC’s annual balanced budget, Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, Popular Annual Financial Report and Single Audit Reports, which are available for review on this website.
For 14 consecutive years, SDHC has received a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for its Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports, the highest recognition from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA). SDHC also has received the Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting from GFOA for 12 consecutive years.
