Public Transit
The Metropolitan Transit System bus and trolley stop in front of and next to, respectively, the San Diego Housing Commission’s office building.

Parking
Parking fees in SDHC’s underground parking garage are $1 for every 30 minutes up to $14 daily maximum.
SDHC only validates parking for housing assistance clients with scheduled appointments and job candidates with scheduled interviews.
Driving Directions
From Interstate 5 south
Take southbound Interstate 5, then exit at “Highway 163 north/10th Avenue” (Exit #16). Stay to the right toward the 10th Avenue exit ramp. Turn left onto Broadway. Turn left on 11th Avenue to enter parking garage.
From Interstate 15 south
Take southbound Interstate 15. Keep right to take Highway 163 until it ends (turns into 10th Avenue). Stay on 10th Avenue, then turn left onto Broadway. Turn left on 11th Avenue to enter parking garage.
From Highway 94 west
Take westbound Highway 94 until freeway ends (turns into F Street). Continue on F Street, then turn right on 11th Avenue to enter parking garage.
From Highway 163 south
Take southbound Highway 163 until it ends (turns into 10th Avenue). Stay on 10th Avenue, then turn left onto Broadway. Turn left on 11th Avenue to enter parking garage.
From Interstate 5 north
Take northbound Interstate 5 to the “B Street/Pershing Drive” exit toward Civic Center. Take the B Street ramp toward Civic Center. Turn left onto B Street. Turn left onto 17th Street. Turn right onto Broadway. Turn right on 11th Avenue to enter parking garage.
