Learning Opportunity Centers

A number of Housing Commission-owned apartment complexes offer Learning Opportunity Centers for adults and youth residents.

The centers provide tutoring, job training, and career development services, computer labs, and offer access to an array of community services. Many of the centers also provide limited primary health and dental care programs, including on-site clinics.

Services include those offered by: Boys & Girls Clubs of San Diego, San Diego Community College District, Family Health Centers of San Diego, and UCSD Early Academic Outreach Program and others.
