These are all privately owned and managed housing developments. Each maintains its own waiting or interest list and applicants must apply directly through the owner or developer.  Note, all projects shown were created through local and/or federal affordable housing programs, including special funding, land-use incentives and inclusionary housing policies.

Please note that, for the affordable housing developments described, income restrictions apply and are based on percentage of San Diego's Area Median Income (AMI). For example, if the income requirement for a housing development is 50 percent AMI, then the maximum gross annual income limit is currently $34,250 for a family of four.
